What is an Infographics?
An infographic is a visual representation of a data set or instructive material. An infographic takes a large amount of information in text or numerical form and then condenses it into a combination of images and text, allowing viewers to quickly grasp the essential insights, trends and patterns data contains.
72% of marketers report that visual content is more effective than text-based marketing, and publishers who use infographics grow traffic 12% faster than those who don't. The ability to condense large amount of information and present it in visually attractive and user-friendly manner using small space, makes infographics an attractive tool for variety of industries and services including marketing, public relations, social and online media etc.
This course will cover everything you need to know about infographics. The course starts at covering the power of infographics and why they are worth considering in your marketing and storytelling efforts. Then, the course will take you through the recipe to make your own professional visuals.
