Goris Matsne instead of Lomchabuki
Gori Municipality has launched a new official print body. The Gori-based weekly Goris Matsne was founded on the basis of the legal person Lomchabuki Ltd. Alongside with the name and organizational and legal form the content of the newspaper has been altered. Several rubrics have been added and accordingly the number of pages of the newspaper has increased. The edition with the circulation 350 is being disseminated in the Municipality.
The newspaper is going to cover the issues of significance to the society, as well as important events carried out by the Municipality and administrative, legal and normative acts issued by the self-government body. Seven people employed at the Goris Matsne will be working on raising public awareness of the Municipality activities.
"Compared with its predecessor the newspaper is going to be far more interesting and diverse. We'll try to cover the processes ongoing in the Municipality to keep the society up-to-date over the activities carried out by the self-government body," Marika Zakarashvili, Director and Editor of the Goris Matsne said.
