At the October 15 trial Tbilisi City Court dismissed the complaint lodged against parapsychologist Irakli Lomaia by the Georgian weekly Kviris Palitra and its journalist Khatuna Paichadze.

The Georgian Public Broadcasting (GPB), disappointed with the Paris court ruling, considers that the verdict is unfair and groundless, reads the GPB statement released following the July 12 final ruling by the Paris court of the first instance.The Paris court dismissed the GPB suit against the French satellite provider Eutelsat who, according to the Georgian side, roughly took the GPB First Caucasian channel off the satellite.
