This unique three-day workshop offers you the opportunity to brush up on your management techniques, test them in discussions and role-play, and find out how other managers deal with the challenge of motivating staff and running an efficient newsroom.

On July 18-19 the Free Trade Union of Pedagogues and Scientists of Georgia, with the financial backing of Friedrich Ebert Foundation and with the support of Education International is to conduct a workshop for journalists on supporting high level education through social partnership and education coverage in media. The training will be held at the Tskneti educational-holiday base.

Departure from Tbilisi

Applications accepted for Stan Storimans' Scholarship initiated by the First Lady of Georgia Mrs. Sandra Elisabeth Roelofs. in order to pay respect to the Dutch journalist Stan Storimans killed in Gori during the tragic events in August 2008. Through the scholarship, she gives the opportunity to Georgian journalists to receive higher education degree, to get professional training and to enhance their skills. All expenses will be covered by the Development and Reforms Foundation under the President of Georgia.
