BBC is seeking short (no longer than 2 minutes) documentary video entries about "how you see the world." Deadline: March 12.

Applicants can use any type of camera, including a mobile phone, a point-and-click, or a friend's camcorder. Entries must be sent in any of the following formats: avi, mov, wmv, mp4, mpg, flv, 3gp, wav, mp3 or wma. Only one entry per applicants will be accepted.

BBC is looking for original films that are emotionally touching, important or visually impactful.. The first prize is HD mini-DV video camera.

The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is an independent, non-governmental organization providing professional support to electoral democracy. Through field work, applied research and advocacy, IFES strives to promote citizen participation, transparency, and accountability in political life and civil society. IFES is currently working in support of the May 30 municipal elections in Georgia under a contract from USAID. IFES will conduct technical assistance, training, and educational projects with a variety of election stakeholders. Its contract runs through July 2010.
